This policy describes the current Art for Grandma information and contact website.

Information you share

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. Please do not submit children’s full names, home addresses, private artwork, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use your message to respond to your enquiry, discuss participation, or provide support. Contacting us does not create an account, enrol a child, or subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. When you submit the contact form, your details go to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and emails it to our team. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. Email and hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect their services.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, session replay, or advertising scripts. The contact form takes you to FormSubmit, where its own privacy and cookie practices apply.

Accounts and earlier information

This website has no login, payments, artwork uploads, or video storage. For questions about information previously shared with Art for Grandma, please contact us. Removing the former application from the web does not establish that all previous email or backup records have been deleted.

To ask about your personal information or request deletion of correspondence, email hello@artforgrandma.com. We retain correspondence as needed to handle enquiries and related obligations.
